Melanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). She started her real estate career 13 years ago in British Columbia while on a Military posting, and purchased her first home at the age of 22.
Melanie has been an area resident since birth, and is ecstatic to have the opportunity to raise her two beautiful girls with her husband in this incredible community.
Melanie is an avid investor, with experience in student rentals, multi-residential complexes, as well as rehabs/remodels/extensions. She is also a business owner, with prior experience in banking, the Department of National Defense, and the education industry. As the director of a private career college, she learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for all her students.
