Dorian began taking his Real Estate License long after his involvement with investing/flipping/renting began, giving him a great opportunity to hit the ground running. His understanding of the market is a huge advantage in terms of negotiating and finding undervalued deals for his clients. He also has great knowledge for helping sellers’ market their properties to get the best deal possible when selling their home or investment.
With an education background in marketing, and the building and eventual sale of his advertising company, Dorian has accumulated a great understanding of marketing/consumer behavior patterns in the community. A master networker, he can connect people together at every point of a real estate transaction and beyond. Weather it be bringing buyers/sellers/ 3rd party services into a transaction or they need a dinner reservation recommendation, Dorian is the guy to ask!
